  • Is your price fixed — are there night-time or luggage surcharges?

    The figure you see on the booking form is the all-inclusive price: fuel, motorway / bridge tolls, driver fee, comprehensive and personal-accident insurance are all included. Night-time hours and public holidays attract the same price. Airport parking and waiting due to flight delays carry no extra charge either. The fare also covers the passenger count and standard luggage you declared at booking — if you genuinely exceed those limits, we let you know upfront.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Standard bookings settle at the end of the ride: you pay the driver directly — no credit card or pre-payment is required. The driver hands you a receipt for the amount paid. Corporate clients and travel agencies can optionally pay by bank transfer before the trip; we share the IBAN on request.

  • Is pre-payment required, or can I pay the driver in cash?

    You receive the booking confirmation, meet your driver at the agreed time and pay at the end of the ride. This model is especially convenient for last-minute bookings and for guests who prefer not to process card payments. Corporate customers may opt for bank transfer before the trip; in that case the invoice is issued after payment. Unless otherwise agreed, the default model is "pay in cash on arrival".

  • Is the price per person or per vehicle?

    Per-vehicle pricing is one of the key differences between a private transfer and a shared shuttle; you never share the vehicle, and per-person cost drops as the group grows. The vehicle class is chosen at the booking step based on passenger count and luggage volume: premium minivan for small groups, premium minibus for mid-size groups, midibus or coach for larger groups. If you pick the wrong class by accident, our operations team checks suitability after booking and lets you know.

  • Do you charge extra for children?

    On family transfers, the number of children usually does not change the vehicle-class choice — for example, 2 adults + 2 children fit comfortably in a premium minivan. To request a free infant seat, booster, or child seat, write your needs in the "notes" field at booking; the driver brings the vehicle ready with the right equipment. If passenger count exceeds the vehicle capacity, we recommend the next class up and share the price difference with you in advance.

  • Can I pay with a corporate invoice / B2B payment?

    For corporate clients we offer two flexible models: (1) one invoice per transfer with payment received instantly, or (2) a monthly consolidated invoice covering multiple bookings in one go. We also have negotiated B2B rates for hotels, tour operators and travel agencies. If either fits your case, message us via WhatsApp or email — our sales team replies promptly.

  • Can I pay in foreign currency (Euro, Dollar)?

    International guests often prefer to settle in their home currency, so we accept four currencies as equivalent. Drivers use the daily updated Central Bank rate for conversion; the receipt shows both the currency received and its TRY equivalent. Change is given back in the same currency.
