Antalya Airport Transfer — Terms and Conditions

AD SE Turizm Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter the “Company”) provides Antalya-based VIP airport and intercity passenger transfer services under the Duru VIP Transfer brand, through the ulasimtransfer.com domain. All users who visit our website and purchase our services shall be deemed to have accepted the terms set out below.

2. Description of the Service

The Company is the provider of the transfer service offered through this website; the party to the contract is the Company itself. The service is performed under the Company’s responsibility, within the scope of the D2 authorisation certificate issued by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Where third-party carriers are engaged in the performance of the service, the party liable towards the passenger remains the Company.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Amendments take effect as of the date on which they are published; they do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.

3. Booking Process

Once your booking has been completed, a confirmation e-mail (voucher) is sent to you. We recommend that you keep this document with you during the transfer.
The Buyer is responsible for entering the booking details (full name, flight number, date and time, number of passengers, pick-up address, contact number) correctly and in full.
Any delays and additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Meet and Greet and Flight Tracking

For airport pick-ups we track your flight and come to meet you according to your actual landing time. Where there is congestion at baggage reclaim or passport control, your driver continues to wait at the airport. For hotel or address pick-ups, the driver will be ready at the specified point at the agreed time.

5. Payment

The service fee is the total amount stated at the time of booking, inclusive of all taxes. The provisions governing the payment terms, the time of payment and the currency are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement (in Turkish).

Payment transactions are carried out through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution. Your card details are not collected or stored by the Company.

6. Cancellation, Amendment and Refund

All conditions governing cancellation, amendment, the right of withdrawal and refunds are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement (in Turkish), and that text is the binding one. Cancellation and amendment requests are to be submitted by e-mail to info@ulasimtransfer.com or via WhatsApp.

7. Responsibilities

The Company: ensures that the vehicles used for the transfer comply with legal standards and with compulsory insurance obligations, and uses reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative solution in cases of force majeure.
The Buyer: is responsible for the accuracy of the booking details, for being ready on time at the pick-up point and for complying with the rules applicable on board.
The Company cannot be held liable for delays arising from events of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, road closures, official restrictions, flight cancellations and the like).

8. Protection of Personal Data

The purposes for which your personal data are processed, the parties to whom they are transferred, the retention periods and your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (6698 sayılı Kanun) are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice (in Turkish); the use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy (in Turkish).

9. Governing Law and Competent Forum

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
