  • Booking & ConfirmationHow do I book an Antalya Airport transfer?

    Booking is fully online and takes only a few minutes. First, enter the pickup point (airport or hotel) and drop-off destination, then date/time and passenger count. The system shows you the eligible vehicle classes with their fixed prices; after choosing one, you share contact and flight details. Payment can be completed online, or you can tick the "pay in cash on arrival" option. Confirmation lands in your inbox immediately — and optionally on your WhatsApp — including driver name, phone and meeting point.

  • Payment & Price GuaranteeIs your price fixed — are there night-time or luggage surcharges?

    The figure you see on the booking form is the all-inclusive price: fuel, motorway / bridge tolls, driver fee, comprehensive and personal-accident insurance are all included. Night-time hours and public holidays attract the same price. Airport parking and waiting due to flight delays carry no extra charge either. The fare also covers the passenger count and standard luggage you declared at booking — if you genuinely exceed those limits, we let you know upfront.

  • Cancellation & ChangesHow can I cancel my booking free of charge?

    To cancel, send your booking number to our WhatsApp line or email address; our operations team confirms within minutes. For standard "pay-on-arrival" bookings nothing has been charged, so cancellation technically does not require any refund — knowing that you will not show up is enough. Corporate customers who pre-paid by bank transfer follow the refund flow described in the next question. For cancellations inside the 2-hour window please notify us as early as possible so we can avoid sending the vehicle out unnecessarily.

  • Meet & GreetWhere will the driver meet me at AYT?

    When you exit the "Arrivals" doors at Antalya Airport (AYT), the meet-and-greet area is to your right and left, and our drivers wait there in plain sight with name boards. We know which terminal you arrive at from your flight number — domestic (T1) or international (T2) — and direct the driver to the right spot. If you cannot spot the board, do not panic: you can call the driver's phone in your confirmation email or message our WhatsApp line for guidance.

  • Vehicle, Luggage & ChildrenWhich vehicle class should I pick for my group size?

    The premium minivan class is a comfortable, air-conditioned option with spacious interior for couples, small families and small groups. A family plus standard luggage covers a typical Antalya holiday easily. For larger groups the premium minibus takes over with a generous interior and luggage compartment. For the largest gatherings, midibus and bus classes can be selected from the booking form or via WhatsApp. If you pick the wrong class by accident, our operations team checks suitability after booking and lets you know.

  • Flight Tracking & OperationsIf my flight is delayed, does the driver wait — and is there an extra fee?

    Thanks to the flight number you provide at booking, we follow your real landing time minute-by-minute via the Antalya Airport data feed. Whether your flight is 30 minutes or 4 hours late, the driver adjusts to the new landing time and waits at the terminal. There is no per-minute waiting charge, no "night surcharge" and no hidden "overtime" fee for this wait; the amount you booked is the amount you pay. This is one of the pillars of our pricing transparency.

  • Safety, Licensing & Service ScopeAre you licensed — and which permits do you hold?

    The TÜRSAB licence is the legal requirement for operating as a travel agency in Türkiye and gives customers both price and operational guarantees. The D2 permit is mandatory under the Road Transport Regulation for non-scheduled intercity and international passenger transport — operating under that permit guarantees the fleet's legal status and the driver qualifications. The company tax number and licence details appear on every booking confirmation; on request we can also email a copy of the licence separately.
