Safety, Licensing & Service Scope

TURSAB license, D2 certificate, personal-accident insurance, driver qualifications and service areas.

6 questions

  • Are you licensed — and which permits do you hold?

The TÜRSAB licence is the legal requirement for operating as a travel agency in Türkiye and gives customers both price and operational guarantees. The D2 permit is mandatory under the Road Transport Regulation for non-scheduled intercity and international passenger transport — operating under that permit guarantees the fleet's legal status and the driver qualifications. The company tax number and licence details appear on every booking confirmation; on request we can also email a copy of the licence separately.

  • Are vehicles and passengers insured?

Passenger safety is non-negotiable for us. Every vehicle in our fleet carries — beyond the legally required traffic insurance — comprehensive (kasko) and personal-accident insurance; these policies cover passengers. In the case of an incident, both material and bodily passenger policies kick in; the process is handled jointly by the insurance providers and our operations team. If you need a copy of the insurance certificate (for example because your travel insurance from abroad asks for it), you can request it after booking and we will email it to you.

  • Do your drivers speak foreign languages?

Most drivers who work the Antalya tourism corridor are comfortable in basic English — daily transfer topics such as addresses, hotels, suitcases or child seats are handled smoothly. For dedicated German or Russian bookings we allocate German- or Russian-speaking drivers when possible; mention your preferred language in the booking notes. For more complex communication (a medical situation, a sensitive special request), our customer support team can act as a live translator on WhatsApp in Turkish, English, German and Russian.

  • Which regions and hotels do you transfer to?

We regularly serve every holiday area in central Antalya, the eastern coast (Belek, Kadriye, Side, Manavgat, Gündoğdu, Alanya) and the western coast (Konyaaltı, Kemer, Çıralı). Beyond the province, we can organise private transfers on request to destinations such as Fethiye, Marmaris or Cappadocia; price and availability for long-distance trips are confirmed by WhatsApp. Our hotel list covers thousands of properties — whichever hotel you enter as pickup/drop-off, chances are it is already in the system; addresses outside the list can be entered manually.

  • How are you different from a shuttle (shared) transfer?

In the shuttle model you share the vehicle with other passengers, stop at multiple drop-offs before reaching your hotel, the total ride time stretches and your flexibility is limited. In the private transfer we offer, only your group is in the vehicle; the departure time is yours, the driver takes you straight to your hotel, and there is no intermediate stop or extra passenger. For families, journeys with children, late-night arrivals, heavy luggage or accessibility needs, the private model is far more comfortable. Per-vehicle pricing means private transfers are usually competitive for larger families; for solo travellers, the per-person cost of a shuttle is lower — but most guests find the comfort and flexibility well worth the difference.

  • How do I reach customer service 24/7?

Our fastest channel is WhatsApp — most messages get a response within minutes. The phone line is also open 24/7 with four-language support. Email requests are usually answered within a few hours, at the latest within one business day, depending on operational priority. Reach out about anything — booking, invoice, refund, change, lost item, or general information — before, during or after your transfer. We treat feedback (positive, negative or suggestions) seriously and route it back through the same channels.
