7 questions
- Where will the driver meet me at AYT?
When you exit the "Arrivals" doors at Antalya Airport (AYT), the meet-and-greet area is to your right and left, and our drivers wait there in plain sight with name boards. We know which terminal you arrive at from your flight number — domestic (T1) or international (T2) — and direct the driver to the right spot. If you cannot spot the board, do not panic: you can call the driver's phone in your confirmation email or message our WhatsApp line for guidance.
- Do you really hold up a personalised name board?
A personalised name board is one of the defining features of a VIP transfer and a non-negotiable standard on our side. The boards are A4-sized with large fonts so you can read them from a distance — at no extra cost. If multiple families or groups arrive on the same flight, the booking's main contact name is shown. If you would like a different spelling of your name (for example the Latin version from your passport), just add it to the booking notes.
- How long will I be kept waiting between passport and luggage claim?
Our operations team knows the typical passport and luggage timing at Antalya Airport — roughly 15–20 minutes on domestic, 25–40 minutes on international. On peak hours (summer evenings, charter spikes) the wait inside can stretch, but the driver does not charge extra for it; your price stays fixed. If your bag takes longer than usual or the passport queue is long, do not stress — we know your landing time and the driver waits inside the terminal until you walk out.
- How do I learn the driver and vehicle details in advance?
The moment the assignment is complete (usually shortly after booking), you receive a comprehensive briefing including the driver's name and phone, the vehicle's make / model / plate, and the meet-up point. This means the moment you step off the plane, you can reach out to a person you know by name — and share a live location on WhatsApp if needed. If a driver change becomes necessary (illness, unexpected event), the new driver's details are shared at least one hour ahead — you are never left in the dark.
- How is the pickup time and point decided for the hotel return?
During booking you enter the flight time for the return leg; the system factors in traffic, distance and airport check-in time to suggest the optimal pickup. Most hotels use the reception as the default pickup point, but you can specify a different lobby/entrance or a nearby landmark. To change the suggested time, edit it manually in the form or notify us on WhatsApp post-booking; the operations team confirms the change.
- Can the pickup be at a point other than the hotel reception?
The default assumption is the hotel reception, but we work flexibly — especially for villa, boutique-hotel or holiday-village stays where a different pickup point is often more practical. You can write the alternative location in the "pickup point" field at booking or share a live location / Google Maps link via WhatsApp afterwards. The pickup point is clearly forwarded to the driver, and the driver also sends you a confirmation message about 30 minutes before the transfer.
- Is there an escort or VIP greeter service?
Your driver waits at the terminal exit with a name board, carries your luggage and walks you to the vehicle — this is the same on every transfer, with no extra cost. Services that take place inside the terminal — fast-track passport, CIP/business lounge access, official customs escort — are arranged directly by the airport operator's partners. If you need any of those, the right path is to contact the in-terminal service provider.
