Hotel shuttle is a scheduled, repeating, group-oriented transfer model between specific hotels and Antalya Airport. It's built for resort operators, MICE planners and event coordinators who manage recurring transfer flows across a season or event window.

Service overview

We work with 300+ hotels across Antalya, Belek, Side, Kemer and Alanya. Schedules are built around hotel occupancy and flight load; domestic flights are picked up 2 hours before departure, international 3 hours. Guests travel in minibuses (8-13 pax) or midibuses (14-25 pax) under a consistent quality bar on the airport-hotel-airport axis through the whole season.

Step-by-step process

  1. Pre-planning: Hotel / event coordinator confirms occupancy estimate, flight list and trip count.
  2. Schedule build: Daily or weekly timetable prepared; vehicle class assigned by guest flow.
  3. Guest notification: Driver sends SMS + WhatsApp the day before; reception is informed in parallel.
  4. Transfer: Guests picked up from hotel; delivered to airport — and vice versa.
  5. Season management: Occupancy data tunes frequency; extra vehicles brought in when needed.

Vehicle options

Seasonal shuttle uses minibus (8-13), midibus (14-25) and coach (26+). Small resorts go for the minibus, large all-inclusive hotels for midibus or coach. Air conditioning, luggage capacity and hygiene are standard across the fleet.

Booking is fully online and takes only a few minutes. First, enter the pickup point (airport or hotel) and drop-off destination, then date/time and passenger count. The system shows you the eligible vehicle classes with their fixed prices; after choosing one, you share contact and flight details. Payment can be completed online, or you can tick the "pay in cash on arrival" option. Confirmation lands in your inbox immediately — and optionally on your WhatsApp — including driver name, phone and meeting point.

Booking at least 24 hours before your flight is ideal — it guarantees vehicle and driver allocation. We also accept shorter-notice bookings, though availability shifts in real time.

Booking more than 24 hours ahead gives you access to all vehicle classes and locks in availability even for late-night or very early transfers. In peak season (May–October, religious holidays, New Year) we recommend stretching that lead time to 48–72 hours. If you need a shorter window, you can still use the form or message us on WhatsApp for an instant availability check — in most cases we can assign a driver within 1–2 hours.

The website form is open for last-minute bookings, but on peak-season days WhatsApp is the faster channel for allocating a vehicle. Share the pickup location, flight number and passenger count; our operations team confirms price, vehicle and driver within minutes. You can pay in cash inside the vehicle, which makes last-minute bookings even more practical.

Yes. We operate 24/7 — night-time, early morning or holidays. No night surcharge or extra fee applies; the price stays the same fixed amount you booked.

Antalya Airport (AYT) is open 24/7 and so are we. A 02:00 transfer and a midday transfer follow the same pricing rule. Drivers work in shifts, so night transfers come with the same service standard and the same premium vehicle class. The only practical caveat is last-minute requests on the busiest nights of the season — for an overnight transfer, 24-hour advance booking is ideal.

Your online booking confirmation arrives by email within a few minutes. You can also opt in for additional WhatsApp or SMS notifications.

The moment you submit the form, an automated preliminary confirmation lands in your inbox — with the booking number, date, time and vehicle class. Shortly after, our operations team assigns the driver and vehicle, and sends a final confirmation including the driver's name, phone number and licence plate. If you do not see the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us — we can resend a manual confirmation immediately.

Passenger name, phone, pickup–drop-off points, date/time, party size and flight number (for airport transfers) are enough. Passport details or pre-payment are not required.

For arrivals at the airport we ask for your flight number — this lets us track your flight live so a delay or early landing never leaves you waiting. For return transfers from a hotel to the airport, the hotel name and (if applicable) room number is enough. Special requests such as child seats, extra stops or multiple-passenger pickups (visa/transit) can be added in the "notes" field on the form; our operations team confirms them back to you.
