How do I book an Antalya Airport transfer?

Accepted Answer

Enter pickup, drop-off and date/time on the booking form, pick your vehicle, confirm your details, and you receive an email + WhatsApp confirmation within minutes.  
 Booking is fully online and takes only a few minutes. First, enter the pickup point (airport or hotel) and drop-off destination, then date/time and passenger count. The system shows you the eligible vehicle classes with their fixed prices; after choosing one, you share contact and flight details. Payment can be completed online, or you can tick the "pay in cash on arrival" option. Confirmation lands in your inbox immediately — and optionally on your WhatsApp — including driver name, phone and meeting point.

Is your price fixed — are there night-time or luggage surcharges?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your price is locked the moment you book. No night surcharge, no luggage surcharge, no waiting fee, no hidden charges. The amount is per vehicle and covers the full transfer.  
 The figure you see on the booking form is the all-inclusive price: fuel, motorway / bridge tolls, driver fee, comprehensive and personal-accident insurance are all included. Night-time hours and public holidays attract the same price. Airport parking and waiting due to flight delays carry no extra charge either. The fare also covers the passenger count and standard luggage you declared at booking — if you genuinely exceed those limits, we let you know upfront.

Question 3

How can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your transfer time. A WhatsApp or email note is enough — since you pay in cash at arrival, there is no charge to reverse or refund.  
 To cancel, send your booking number to our WhatsApp line or email address; our operations team confirms within minutes. For standard "pay-on-arrival" bookings nothing has been charged, so cancellation technically does not require any refund — knowing that you will not show up is enough. Corporate customers who pre-paid by bank transfer follow the refund flow described in the next question. For cancellations inside the 2-hour window please notify us as early as possible so we can avoid sending the vehicle out unnecessarily.

Question 4

Where will the driver meet me at AYT?

Accepted Answer

Your driver waits at the AYT international or domestic terminal exit with a name board displaying your name. Walk out through arrivals once passport and luggage checks are done — that is enough.  
 When you exit the "Arrivals" doors at Antalya Airport (AYT), the meet-and-greet area is to your right and left, and our drivers wait there in plain sight with name boards. We know which terminal you arrive at from your flight number — domestic (T1) or international (T2) — and direct the driver to the right spot. If you cannot spot the board, do not panic: you can call the driver's phone in your confirmation email or message our WhatsApp line for guidance.

Which vehicle class should I pick for my group size?

Accepted Answer

For small groups our standard is the premium minivan; for mid-size groups the premium minibus. Larger groups have midibus and bus classes available. Enter your passenger and luggage count at the booking step and we will suggest the right class.  
 The premium minivan class is a comfortable, air-conditioned option with spacious interior for couples, small families and small groups. A family plus standard luggage covers a typical Antalya holiday easily. For larger groups the premium minibus takes over with a generous interior and luggage compartment. For the largest gatherings, midibus and bus classes can be selected from the booking form or via WhatsApp. If you pick the wrong class by accident, our operations team checks suitability after booking and lets you know.

Question 6

If my flight is delayed, does the driver wait — and is there an extra fee?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry — we track your flight live and your driver is at the terminal in line with the new landing time. No matter how long the wait, no extra fee is added; the price stays fixed.  
 Thanks to the flight number you provide at booking, we follow your real landing time minute-by-minute via the Antalya Airport data feed. Whether your flight is 30 minutes or 4 hours late, the driver adjusts to the new landing time and waits at the terminal. There is no per-minute waiting charge, no "night surcharge" and no hidden "overtime" fee for this wait; the amount you booked is the amount you pay. This is one of the pillars of our pricing transparency.

Question 7

Are you licensed — and which permits do you hold?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we are a TÜRSAB-licensed (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) transfer operator with a Ministry of Transport D2 permit. Every vehicle in our fleet operates in full legal compliance.  
 The TÜRSAB licence is the legal requirement for operating as a travel agency in Türkiye and gives customers both price and operational guarantees. The D2 permit is mandatory under the Road Transport Regulation for non-scheduled intercity and international passenger transport — operating under that permit guarantees the fleet's legal status and the driver qualifications. The company tax number and licence details appear on every booking confirmation; on request we can also email a copy of the licence separately.

Question 8

How many days in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Booking at least 24 hours before your flight is ideal — it guarantees vehicle and driver allocation. We also accept shorter-notice bookings, though availability shifts in real time.  
 Booking more than 24 hours ahead gives you access to all vehicle classes and locks in availability even for late-night or very early transfers. In peak season (May–October, religious holidays, New Year) we recommend stretching that lead time to 48–72 hours. If you need a shorter window, you can still use the form or message us on WhatsApp for an instant availability check — in most cases we can assign a driver within 1–2 hours.

Question 9

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All bookings are pay-on-arrival in cash — we accept TRY, EUR, USD or GBP. Corporate customers can additionally pay via bank transfer / EFT.  
 Standard bookings settle at the end of the ride: you pay the driver directly — no credit card or pre-payment is required. The driver hands you a receipt for the amount paid. Corporate clients and travel agencies can optionally pay by bank transfer before the trip; we share the IBAN on request.

Question 10

How long do refunds take and through which channel?

Accepted Answer

Standard "pay-on-arrival" bookings need no refund (no charge is taken). For corporate customers who paid by bank transfer, refunds reach the same IBAN within 3–5 business days.  
 The refund flow only applies to customers who paid in advance by bank transfer. Once the cancellation is confirmed, our finance team initiates the transfer and notifies you when it leaves our account. The refund is sent to the same IBAN by bank transfer; if you need an alternative method, our operations team will be in touch to coordinate.

Question 11

Do you really hold up a personalised name board?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a personalised name board is standard for every booking. Your first and last name appear clearly; in family bookings, the lead passenger's name is shown.  
 A personalised name board is one of the defining features of a VIP transfer and a non-negotiable standard on our side. The boards are A4-sized with large fonts so you can read them from a distance — at no extra cost. If multiple families or groups arrive on the same flight, the booking's main contact name is shown. If you would like a different spelling of your name (for example the Latin version from your passport), just add it to the booking notes.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned, and which models do you operate?

All our vehicles are premium fleet brand, late-model and fully air-conditioned. premium minivan and minibus classes are our standard; every vehicle undergoes regular maintenance, tyre and cabin-hygiene checks.  
 The entire fleet is premium fleet brand based; the premium minivan and premium minibus classes are constantly maintained, modern-equipped vehicles. Air conditioning, soft leather/fabric upholstery and large glass surfaces are standard across the fleet. Vehicles are cleaned before every transfer; this hygiene check is not skipped even on the busiest days of the season. In exceptional cases (fleet maintenance, backup needs), an equivalent quality vehicle of another make/model may be assigned; if so, you are informed in advance.
