Your booking is firm from that moment — we never cancel it from our side. You can view your booking any time with your booking code, so just keep it. If you left an email address, a confirmation email with the full details arrives as well. Driver and vehicle details are shared before your transfer. If you cannot find your code, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
