Where is Serik?
Serik is a district of Antalya province, in a strategic position between the city centre and the Side-Manavgat region. Within its boundaries lie the world-famous Belek holiday region, the ancient theatre of Aspendos and the Köprülü Canyon National Park. Its distance of roughly 30-35 km from Antalya Airport is a major advantage for getting around.
Tourism and economy in Serik
Thanks to the Belek holiday complexes within its borders, Serik is among the districts of Turkey that generate the most tourism income. Each year a great many international guests come for the golf courses and resort hotels in Belek. This intense activity shapes the district’s economy and infrastructure to a significant degree.
Getting from Antalya Airport to Serik
The most practical way to reach Serik from Antalya Airport is a private transfer. The distance of about 30-35 km takes 25-35 minutes depending on traffic. Your driver meets you at the terminal exit, your flight is tracked and the vehicle goes directly to central Serik or to your hotel in Belek. The fare is confirmed when you book and does not change along the way. A chauffeured-car service can also be arranged for those who travel to Antalya regularly.
