Serik to central Antalya is about 45–50 kilometres
The road distance between Serik town centre and central Antalya is around 45–50 kilometres, and in normal traffic the drive takes 45–60 minutes. The figure is measured along the D400 (Antalya–Alanya) highway and can shift by a few kilometres depending on your starting point. Because Serik sits on Antalya's eastern corridor, it connects to the city centre by a direct, straightforward route.
Distance by starting point
Where you set off from changes the total noticeably:
- Central Antalya: about 45–50 km, 45–60 minutes.
- Antalya Airport: about 40 km, 40–50 minutes — slightly closer than the city centre.
- Belek: about 12 km, 12–18 minutes; Belek already lies within Serik's boundaries.
- Manavgat: about 35 km, 30–40 minutes.
Where is Serik and why does it matter?
Serik is a district that contains holiday areas such as Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, and it is one of the busiest crossing points between Antalya and Alanya. That is why journeys to Serik, both from the city centre and from the airport, are heavily used throughout the day. The ancient theatre of Aspendos also lies within this district.
How to get to Serik
- Private transfer: the driver meets you, the fare is confirmed at booking and does not change en route, and you are dropped right at your hotel door.
- Minibus / bus: services run towards Serik from Antalya's central stops; economical, but you still have to cover the last stretch to a hotel inside Belek yourself.
- Taxi: runs on a meter with an opening charge plus a per-kilometre rate, the night tariff is higher, and the amount becomes clear only when the trip ends.
