How to Get from Antalya Airport to the City Centre
Antalya Airport (AYT) is about 12-15 km from the city centre. Despite the short distance, the options differ clearly in comfort and time. If you are arriving with luggage or landing in Antalya for the first time, the right choice matters.
Option 1: Private Transfer (the Most Comfortable)
The easiest and most reliable way is a door-to-door private car transfer. Your driver greets you by name at the terminal exit, loads your luggage and drops you at the address you want. The price you confirm at booking is fixed; flight tracking and 24/7 WhatsApp support come as standard.
Option 2: AntRay (the T1 Tram Line)
AntRay (line T1) links the airport with various points across the city. From the airport stop you reach the centre in about 25-35 minutes. It is an economical choice, but it becomes awkward with large luggage and the cars can be crowded at peak times.
Option 3: Taxi
The official taxis at the airport exit operate around the clock. A taxi runs on the meter; the fare is not fixed in advance and can rise with traffic or a change of route.
Option 4: Dolmuş
Dolmuş minibuses serve fixed stops; they are cheap but not practical with large suitcases, and they are hard to find late at night.
Which Option Suits You?
If you are travelling as a family or group, a private transfer is both comfortable and orderly. For a solo budget trip, AntRay is economical. If you land late at night, a private transfer is the most reliable choice. For areas outside the centre such as Lara, Kundu or Konyaaltı, you can also travel with Duru VIP Transfer.
Plan your city-centre transfer — fixed-price, flight-tracked, door-to-door travel.
