Antalya Airport to Sorgun is about 65 kilometres
The distance between Antalya Airport (AYT) and Sorgun is about 65 kilometres. Sorgun, in the Side area, is a popular tourism zone known for its large holiday resorts and coastal hotels. In normal conditions you cover this distance from the airport by car in 55–70 minutes.
Where is Sorgun?
Sorgun lies to the north of Side, within the Manavgat district, on the coastal side of the D400 highway. The area is home to large, internationally known holiday resorts; this density keeps transfer traffic lively during the season.
The airport–Sorgun route
The route follows the D400 highway; after Serik and Belek you turn towards Side. When the traffic is flowing, the 65 kilometres take about an hour; in the summer holiday season this time can lengthen.
Transport options
- Private transfer: the most predictable option. With Duru VIP Transfer the fare is confirmed at booking and does not change en route; the driver meets you at the terminal exit with a name sign, your flight is tracked if it is delayed, and you are taken right to the hotel lobby.
- Taxi: runs on a meter; an opening charge plus a per-kilometre rate, the night tariff is higher, and the amount becomes clear when the trip ends.
- Public transport: there is no direct connection from the airport to Sorgun; a connecting journey via the city centre takes a long time and is awkward with large luggage.
Which one suits you?
At holiday resorts with large grounds, door-to-door service is especially valuable; for families and groups a private transfer is the most comfortable choice. You can set up your transfer plan here.
