Antalya Bus Station to Lara–Kundu is roughly 25–30 km
Antalya Bus Station (Yeni Garaj) sits to the north-east of the city centre. From there it is about 18–22 km to the Lara beach district and roughly 27–30 km to the large hotel complexes in Kundu. Depending on traffic the drive takes 25–40 minutes.
The Lara and Kundu area
Lara and Kundu form the tourist corridor to the south-east of Antalya, where most of the city's large resort complexes are concentrated. Big hotels such as Mardan Palace, Titanic, Rixos and Voyage line this stretch, and it is the first stop for a large share of international holidaymakers.
Getting from the bus station to Lara–Kundu
- Private transfer: If you arrive at the bus station by intercity coach, a door-to-door private transfer is the most practical choice. The car meets you at the station exit and takes you right to the hotel entrance, with no trouble for large luggage. The fare is confirmed when you book and does not change en route.
- Taxi: On the bus station–Kundu route the taxi runs on the meter. Because of the opening charge, the per-kilometre rate and the higher night tariff, the final amount is not clear until the trip ends.
- City bus: Lara can be reached on city lines, but the connection to the hotel zone in Kundu is fairly limited and impractical with large suitcases.
From the airport to Lara–Kundu
Antalya Airport (AYT) is about 12 km from Lara and roughly 18–22 km from Kundu. Most holidaymakers reach the area straight from the airport; for that route a private transfer booking is flight-tracked and fixed in price.
