Can you reach Alanya from Antalya Airport by Havaş?
Havaş shuttle buses mainly run between the airport and Antalya city centre; they do not operate a direct line to Alanya. The distance between Antalya Airport and Alanya is roughly 130 kilometres, and the journey along the D400 coastal road takes around two hours on average. In the summer months, when coastal traffic builds up, this time can stretch out further.
Which options take you to Alanya?
There are three main ways to get from the airport to Alanya:
- Private transfer: It runs door to door, the price is confirmed when you book and does not change along the way. Your driver meets you at the terminal exit with a name sign.
- Taxi: It runs on the meter, with an opening charge and a per-kilometre rate; the night tariff is higher than the daytime one, and the total is not clear until the trip ends.
- Connecting bus: You first travel from the airport to Antalya bus station, then board an Alanya bus; with the changes, the whole journey can take three to four hours.
Where exactly are you going in Alanya?
Areas such as Alanya centre, Mahmutlar and Kestel are spread far apart, so sharing the exact hotel address when you book makes the route and the timing clear. If you instead use Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport, which sits much closer to Alanya, the distance drops to only about 22 kilometres.
