Antalya Has Two Airports

The province of Antalya has two airports: Antalya Airport (AYT) and Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP). Each serves different areas depending on tourist demand.

Antalya Airport (AYT)

One of Türkiye's busiest airports, AYT sits in the Aksu district, about 14 km from the city centre. It runs domestic and international flights (Europe, Russia, the Middle East) to many destinations, with separate terminal buildings for international and domestic services.

Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP)

About 22 km from Alanya, GZP is the closer option for visitors to Alanya and its surroundings. It mainly serves charter flights and offers fewer flight options than AYT.

Which Airport Suits You?

Choosing the right airport directly affects your transfer time:

  • Belek, Side, Kemer, Lara, central Antalya: AYT is closer.
  • Alanya, Mahmutlar, Kestel: GZP is closer, though with limited flight choice.
  • Manavgat: a similar distance from both; choose by your flight schedule.

Whichever airport you land at, Duru VIP meets you at the terminal exit and takes you to your hotel.
