How do you get from Antalya Airport to Kundu?

Kundu is a coastal area about 20 km from Antalya Airport, known for its luxury holiday resorts. In this guide we compare the bus, taxi and private-transfer options for reaching Kundu from the airport so you can pick what suits your trip.

Can you reach Kundu by bus?

There is no airport bus that goes directly to Kundu. The Havaş shuttle services run only towards Antalya city centre, Lara and the coach station. Passengers who prefer the bus first have to travel into the centre and then change onto a local vehicle heading towards Kundu; with luggage, that change costs both time and energy. Municipal city buses do serve the area on some lines, but the frequency and the number of changes are a real drawback, especially after a tiring flight.

Taking a taxi to Kundu

The AYT–Kundu route is around 20 km and the drive takes about 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. A taxi runs on a meter: a per-kilometre charge is added on top of the opening fare, and a night tariff may apply. That means the total is not clear until the trip ends; on top of that, waiting for a delayed flight and booking in advance are both limited with a taxi.

Kundu by private transfer

The most comfortable option is a door-to-door private transfer. With Duru VIP Transfer the fare is confirmed when you book and does not change along the way — there is no meter surprise. We track your flight, so even if you land late your driver meets you at the terminal exit with a sign showing your name, and you are dropped right in front of your hotel. You choose a vehicle to match the size of your group and the amount of luggage, with a minibus or midibus available for larger groups.

Which option suits you?

If you are travelling alone with light luggage, the bus into the centre followed by a change can be budget-friendly. If you are travelling as a family, with children or with a lot of luggage, a private transfer is clearly ahead on both time and comfort. The same door-to-door service also reaches the Lara and Belek areas around Kundu.
