Antalya Airport Transfer by Adse Travel is committed to providing reliable, comfortable, and professional transfer services. By using our website and purchasing services, users agree to the following terms:

Antalya Airport Transfer Service Terms

1. Service Description: Adse Travel acts as an intermediary between the buyer (customer) and the seller (service provider).
2. Service Responsibilities:
   • The buyer is responsible for providing accurate booking information.
   • Adse Travel is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
3. Extra Costs: Any additional costs due to incorrect information or delays are the responsibility of the buyer.

Antalya Transfer Payment Terms

• Secure Payment: Payments via credit card are protected by SSL security certificates.
• Refunds and Payments:
  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.

Reservation and Transfer Process

Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email (voucher). Please present this document during your transfer.

• Waiting Times:
  • Domestic flights: Maximum waiting time is 45 minutes.
  • International flights: Maximum waiting time is 60 minutes.
  • Hotel or address pick-ups: Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Service Provider Responsibilities:
  • Ensures vehicles meet legal standards.
  • Provides alternative solutions for disruptions caused by force majeure.
• Customer Responsibilities:
  • The buyer is responsible for accurate and complete booking details.
  • Additional costs due to incorrect details or delays are borne by the buyer.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.
