To escape the cold Scandinavian weather of Finland, Antalya, Turkey, was an excellent choice this April. As someone searching for the sun, I was captivated by the allure of Antalya after researching various destinations in Europe with Finnair.
This trip to Turkey, my first, promised to be both exciting and adventurous. However, before heading to Antalya, I received various warnings from family and friends due to security concerns. Fortunately, these worries proved to be unfounded. I always felt safe in Antalya, and the warmth of the local people's hospitality deeply moved me.

The old town area of Antalya, Kaleiçi, was one of the places that made this city special for me. As I wandered through its ancient cobbled streets, you embark on a journey through time among marinas, mosques, and old bazaars.
